We are also thrilled to introduce a brand-new role at our school: Toddler Assistant Teacher, and to welcome Shannon into this position.

Shannon comes to early childhood education following a meaningful career change, bringing with her a Masters in Electrical Engineering and a strong skill set in problem-solving and thoughtful observation. She has already begun coursework in Early Childhood Education, reflecting her commitment to this path.

Shannon has a natural ability to tune into children’s needs, recognize patterns in behavior, and support a wide range of emotions with care and presence. As a fellow current CCNS parent, she is deeply aligned with our school’s philosophy and brings a strong sense of community into the classroom.
