2/3 Program

*This is subject to change according to our County Health Guidelines. If we have to do restrictive then see 2s Program for 2020/2021  for an idea of what it might be. 


1 Day per Week(Friday)

9AM-11AM

Teacher to Student 1:24 with 12 working parents


A typical day's schedule includes:

  • A personal greeting
  • Large blocks of free time for the children to make choices
  • Music Time: Singing/dancing/movement exploration
  • Snack time in small groups; story time everyday
  • 2s friendly projects: crafts, carpentry, puppets, sand play, science experiments, dramatic play, cooking, gardening
  • Pets: Chickens, bunnies, guinea pigs
  • Indoor and outdoor play available almost every day to foster large and small motor development

Family Involvement

Cupertino Co-op offers parents the excitement of sharing the preschool experience with their children and making lifelong friendships through volunteering.  By working in the school under the guidance of credentialed teachers, the parents are able to nurture their relationship with their child.

Responsibilities

A parent, grandparent, or other important family member must:

  • Work at the school one day every two weeks, under the direction of a credentialed teacher
  •  Attend Monthly parent education gatherings 
  • Be available for 2 Emergency Days per school year
  • Contribute 4 Committee Hours per school year  on either Family Events or Maintenance committee only
  • Share in the maintenance and administration of the school, by working 1 Janitorial Weekends per school year  (Inside cleaning job only)  .

Affordable Tuition

Tuition can be paid in a lump sum at the beginning of the year for the entire year, or in 10 installments, with the first installment due when enrollment forms are turned in. Monthly installments begin in September. Scholarships are available. Free CCNS T-shirt with completed enrollment

Tuition

Tuition for the 2021-2022 2's program is $217/mo ($2170 yearly) per child + one time At Home Starter Kit fee $80
